The question

A second review pass checked the vehicle claims against the code.

What was tested

Four points were checked against the code.

What was found then

The 'fixed wing' had no minimum airspeed, no heading and no stall, so it was renamed the slow-responding test craft (limited sideways). The response-time spacing factor is fitted to results, not derived from physics. Some measures were incomplete. And the vertical spacing was in fact already growing in step with the horizontal one, which the rejected vertical tests had not examined; a three-way comparison was needed.

What we learned later

LATER REVIEW

The three-way comparison ran on 2026-09-10: removing that vertical growth raised storm-on-slow-link collisions 1.6–1.8 times, and deriving it from vertical agility bought nothing, so the adopted rule stands.

What changed

The airframe was renamed (lagged_lateral); the response-time factor is documented as fitted.
